Growth from US and Canada set to continue – ITIC meets Alison Metcalfe



Visitor numbers to Ireland from North America have never been stronger and are up a remarkable 16% year to date. With new gateways and more air capacity next year, the good news is that growth is anticipated to continue.



Earlier this month in New York, the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) met with Tourism Ireland’s Alison Metcalfe – Executive Vice President, United States & Canada – to discuss the North American market and its potential for further growth in 2018.
